Windows Messenger 5 isn't more buggy than Windows Messenger 4.7 was on my computer. I am running it since mid March without any problems. The only thing I am missing is the history logging from MP2 but I was able to work around that by writing my own which appears to work with any version of Windows Messenger since 3.5
