I installed Messenger Plus ver 3.63 to upgrade MSN messenger 7.5 on Windows XP. The next morning a dialog box popped up headed "Messenger Plus Recovery". I was worried the message was a virus so I closed it rather than running it. Now when I try to access the internet on my account I cannot. Under the other accounts on the same computer the internet can be accessed. What do I do and what has happened?
