Sorry for the delay, this is voluntary and so is the irc help channel. I don't think Patchou has the money/resources to employ 24/7 technical service.

Anyway, Does it work with without a password?

Also what are you trying to put as your password, I.E. does it contain any strange or uncommon characters?
