Taskswitch PowerToy allows you to see the program you are switching to in the Alt-Tab window does not function properly with tabbed chats:

As you can see there are four conversations show in the window, yet i only have three chats open. The extra window is shown like this

in the preview, but when you switch to it, it switches to the active chat.
On another note, Vista does this previewing in the alt-tab, so I figured it'll also produce this problem when Plus is used on there too.
