I have a program to allow Motorola Phones to be used as a webcam. However, I have not tested it (it reportedly works) and I am unsure if it is compatible with Samsung phones. If you want to see the program i'll let you know the site just pm me (the site its from is in Russian, which I do not speak). May not be of much help but .
