Not eniterly TBH. I know about MemSkin, but the major problem with it is that no skinners seem to use it and normal people hardly know about its existence. Just two skins for outdated messenger clients on their site isn't helping much either.
I was kinda referring to a topic Patchou posted on the beta forum back in April 2006 where he said he might add a feature for full WLM skinning to Plus! somewhere in the future.
I still think that may be a very popular feature if done right, memskin just doesn't seem to be able to attract users
