I don't see a reason why Plus! scripts could disappear (ever time) after a system crash. They should just stay there and be ready to use after a crash. So what is exactly your problem? Are you saying the files disappear from your system when Counterstrike crashes your PC?
I will probably be a better idea to actually fix the cause of the problem. Why does Counterstrike crash? Did you install the latest version of
Counterstrike (get it from Steam),
DirectX and your videocard driver (check manufacturer's site)?
