In Latin words have sexes and all languages based on it have sexes too.
German has sexes too.
Almost all languages I know execept English have words with different sexes.
French has only male and female.
Dutch has only neutral and not neutral(male+female)
I think it's common people have sexed words.
Some words just belong to men like war and strength like make-up and beauty to women. (no intention for sexismn on purpose)
However the words above aren't sexed to the right gender in some languages.
