@ibisdevil2 - your log appears ok for me. If you still recieve any alerts by your antivirus, that's because maybe if you have the System Restore active, you have to disable it so the virus could be deleted completelly.

You have that virus:
Terminate the process: C:\WINDOWS\system32\vnmdkeahw\svchost.exe
And delete the voice:
     
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [svchost] C:\WINDOWS\system32\vnmdkeahw\svchost.exe


Then let us know if the problem persist



EDIT: almost forgot - delete that folder after all. If you get a message that folder could not be deleted, download the free tool called Unlocker, and delete that folder with that tool.
