Scripts are only for Messenger Plus!
Live. You can not run them with Messenger Plus! 3.
If you want to run scripts you will need to install
Windows Live Messenger and
Messenger Plus! Live.
Once you've done that, you'll see that script packets (like the one you've just downloaded) will be opened with Messenger Plus! Live and will be installed when you double click the packet in Windows Explorer.
A similar thing for MSN Messenger 7 with Messenger Plus! 3 does not exist.
