When trying to view my chat logs i get the following error message:


And when trying too change the password on the chat logs i get the following error message:


Has anyone encountered these problems before?

Windows XP
Administrator Access
WLM 8.5 Beta

(If that information may be of any use?)

I have also tried the normal uninstall and reinstall of plus but no use.
