I'm not entirely sure what this Dr. Watson is, but looking on the
Microsoft site, it's a program which "creates a text file (Drwtsn32.log) that can be delivered to support personnel by the method they prefer."

So maybe if you post this log file we may be able to help?
Also, to use Msg Plus!, you have to start it before you open MSN Messenger.
