The Trace File is in fact very simple to understand.

It seems like there was something wrong with an 'Element' tag or style declaration. Maybe you have mismatched capitalizations, like <

element>? The '13' is the line number where this error occurred on. Therefore, try to find which UIFILE caused this.

Because these were the last files loaded by Messenger before the error occurred, it has to be one of these two. Go and look at them!
