O.P. Inspiron laptop problem
Recently, when I plug my charger into my laptop, it will charge normally but sometimes, the power from the charger cuts out for a second then comes back on (the battery light on the laptop its static green then will go out for a second then come back on and the brightness due to the power saving changes). Is there something wrong with the charger or battery?
Also, when the laptop is off it is fine and when the battery is fully charged it doesn't happen.
I have posted on the Dell support forums but no replies yet.
