I've just had a look through the scrips and so far I can't find it, no doubt I'm stupid and missed it.
Taking a good guess you can do this,
1. Take the limit off the Private Message (that's not so private since everyone can see it) and...
2. Have both music and PM shown at once with the PM shown first.
