Thanks, but if you look closer you have to pay £360 for Windows Server 2003...

I was actually thinking of a Virtual Private Server, however it does have to be able to listen on a variety of ports.

And yes if it's anything like this guy I know's VPC then we should just be able to Remote Control it and install MySQL ourselves.
