1. Has more games.
2. Cheaper.
3. Xbox Live/ Online Multiplayer.
4. Graphics as good as PS3.
5.Halo 3 .
6.You can switch on/off the console with the controller , pretty handy if you're lazy lol ( dunno if you could do that with the PS3 ).
7.Connect your iPod and listen music while playing games .
