Both consoles are pretty equal when it comes to gaming. Some games look better on the PS3 and some look better on the Xbox. The thing I like about the PS3 is you can run Linux on it and the thing I like about the Xbox is it has an awesome online community.

There is only 1 thing stopping me from getting a PS3 and that's Banjo Kazooie Banjo Kazooie owns both your "socom confrontation and metal gear solid" twice over.
