It's the run as problem, no proper admin previliges....
I'll just write a program quickly and give it to you... just sit tight.
EDIT: Fuck I don't have VS installed after my formatting... I'll just give you the reg keys to edit.
EDIT 2: Go to HKLM/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows NT/CurrentVersion/Winlogon.
Look at the string value for Userinit.
It should just be C:\Windows\system32\userinit.exe, (note the comma)
This is assuming that your windows installation is on the C drive.
If there is anything else, remove/replace it with what I posted above and restart.
