Apparently there are current two
fairies* people involved, and we're working on getting the specifications for the UIB format completely documented. We've both got something that can convert most UIB files to XML, and currently we're working out the kinks on those and making sure we get everything right. After that the plan is to work on tools to edit or patch the UIB files easily, as doing it manually like we did for this one is quite a pain
We do intend to release the documentation to the public at some point, not sure when though...
*) I'm going to stop referring to Steve and Me as fairies now
