And that is exactly what mine was doing. Hence why I did a forwarded a range of ports to my laptop. UPnP didn't seem to work correctly. Although the ports were being added to the UPnP list I still experienced the stuttering and choppy audio. After I added the range of ports to be forwarded all was well again

More specifically from that list you want to look at port range forwarding incoming traffic on UDP ports 5004 through 65535.
