RE: "Private sound emoticon" isn't private!
In order for your contact to play the sound it must first be send to your contact. This goes for every type of interaction between you and somebody else.
eg: Your contact can't see your display picture if the graphics data is not first send to his computer.
And because it is send and recieved, it can also be stored.
Otherwise, how would the computer of your contact know what to play? It wouldn't have anything to play. In order to hear something, the computer needs the sound to play.
eg: A radio station can not be listened too if it doesn't broadcast its sound.
Even if Plus! would not directly allow to store the sound in the sound library, your contact would still recieve the sound data to his computer and would still be able, by other means (eg: a network sniffer), to store it.
Bottom line: you can not share something with somebody else without giving that somebody that something.
