I totally agree with that.
Even the upgrade editions are pretty expensive. I mean $40 between ultimate upgrade and ultimate retail is a bit of a disappointment.
For the extra money I pay for Ultimate I could buy myself some more RAM or something.
But hey at least its not like Adobe's pricing on stuff.
