This was the fix for me, search for the old DLL's in the list in the link below and rename or delete.
An old CITI Bank Virtual Card DLL, "BHOCITUS.DLL" was the culprit.
Removed all the "compatability" stuff from WLCOMM.DLL.

YEA!!
