I don't really get why people moan that their 3 year old phone isn't having any new software updates, how many other phones are still having updates three years after their initial release?
I'm not moaning, I got this phone for free. So when it breaks I'm going directly for a droid. The problem is there is no reason NOT to support it. As the people making the custom firmware, it's definitely possible and is definitely in demand. I find buying a new revision of a phone to get features that can be got via jailbreak to be useless.
