O.P. man, what a cool thing
I mean this thing is so awesome, man maybe someone should make a forum to talk about how awesome it is  How cool can an IM client be? about as cool as the almighty Trillian. |

yes but you see, there is a compatability Plug-in for it. so it IS for messenger plus! Wow, shows you who doesnt read the whole link.

Oh, I see. Well, it's not a plug-in for MsgPlus, so this thread can go to "MsgPlus! General Talk."
That Trillian plug-in seems interesting... it claims to be able to receive custom sounds... I wonder if Patchou approves of that... I assume it connects to his server...

Trillian is NOT for messenger plus. Any program can have support for plugins, but all are of different format. There are plugins for Messenger Plus, and there are plugins for Trillian. But Messenger Plus! does not work on trillian.
That plugin does support Some features of messenger plus, but it is an immitation and does not do the real thing to be honest. All that compatibility program does is respond to some of the things from messenger plus.

I'm a Trillian user w/ skry, and it truly is an awesome program, the best I've seen. It is a separate program with its own plugins (need to be downloaded from CS site). It also connects to 5 media with no modifications.

Exactly, And WDZ being smug about it "connecting to the server" I ask this to you, did you ask permission from Bill Gates to hack and modify his program? And our community forum Is much more friendly when a topic is posted about new plug ins found on the net. Seems to me that no one here can make a Trillian plug in so you get deffensive.
