I think the problem is when someone is excluded from the tester-group it's not a nice situation to have him/her trying to access the forum and get a permission denied message althogh having been a former tester.
As if been banned, you know what I mean  . |

No, the problem is when you were a former member and you get your permission to that forumtaken from you next version, for any reason. It doesn't help the good atmosphere, imo.

I totally disagree, nothing inthose forums should be said apart from current development stuff. You have no reason to need to see the stuff. It's on a need to know basis...  |

Well, I think it would be nice to have a few special forums for testers! Because it would be WAY easier for us to communicate with eachother in a private forum instead of PMing |

I'm sure the "tester forum" idea has been brought up before, but I can't remember exactly what the final decision was. I think Patchou wanted the testers to communicate directly with him, or something like that... |

Yeah this always works best 
It's too late to start adding new forums for a beta which pretty much finished anyways.
And at least this way Patchou gets all our dumps and can see the problem many different ways. We'd just get lazy
