yes, but the point of POP3 is to download your e-mails to your computer. dom. wants a notifier that tells him when he has got a new e-mail. That's not the same.

I am looking for the same... I love using Gmail, but it's kind of annoying having to check back randomly to see if you got new mail...

do people not follow my links??

well i use pop goes the gmail and it is a notifier
u get a box and it says u have 1 new email
i use this setup where i have it as a POP3 email on plus! then so i get another popup which when clicked on opens gmail.google.com so i can sign in

I use Gtray now an noticed something dodgy.....when u click on a link in the msgplus tab on msn whilst its checkin for mail...it opens it twice (the url u clicked not Gmail) ....any programmers dare lookin into that?

Noticed something else too: this prog changes ur default e-mailprogram
A choice to use the default browser would also be nice. Mhmm, i think i should e-mail the author

Gmail Notifier Google Approved.

Me and Dempsey are working on a plugin that shows a toast. Its bassiclly all done except we are still working on how to read the gmail page to get the email.

Yea, got the login working now, but having some probelms reading the current email count.

I think i'll try and contact the makers of GTray etc and ask fro some help
