ok, what cant he/she do compared to an admin?? And is there a quick way to make someone moderator for all forums??

Well, there are quite a few things. The main difference is that admins can access the admin cp.

Try editing a usergroup, and look at all the options there. You can give different groups permission to do different stuff.

No, that's what super moderators are for.

The shoutbox is not a part of myBulletinBoard, but you can add it yourself. Go to http://www.mybbmods.com for more information.

you could make one youself or have look at mybbmods, they have a few different themes ther for use.

the maker of that mod is working on fixing that, but is a very busy man. if i have time ill take look at its permissions to allow guest usage
