You type the commands in a normal conversation window, the one you are in when talking to your contacts.

oh, i see. sorry. blocking a group whilst in a convo seems a bit odd ! o well. ta

All Plus! commands are typed into the conversation window. Generally, though, there is a menu command.

i cant seem to find a fix to this problem.  iv checked this thread and this one http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?tid=33176 but still can't seem to find a solution.  so is this really a bug in plus or am i just too slow to find a solution that already exists somewhere on the forums?

It's really a bug in Messenger Plus!, and there is currently nothing you can do to fix this, sorry.

Patchou is aware of this bug and has fixed it, as mentioned in problem with group blocking

It is already fix in current version 3.25 ^^.
