 Well, my doctor told me to stand every morning when i wake up on the balcony and look towards the farthest point in the sea, i've been doing that for like 2 years, it's really great !

 or just turn your refresh rate up as its actually the scan lines flickering along the scren which causes eye strain which eventuates to eye damage 
 
so higher refresh rate / resolution is just as easy

Off topic slightly but my old keyboard had a sign on the front, warning about the medical dangers of using a keyboard. My pc also came with a program installed talking you through minimising risks from continuous use which I am unable to get rid of.

 It is only stuff like keep your back straight, take breaks etc.
