Thanks for the answer... did you try disabling SPNG? also, is this problem happening all the time in the same chat or does it solve by itself after some time?

i didn't try and disable SPNG cuz i'm kinda in love with the Chat-Only Name feature...

And it doesn't solve itself after some time... all the conversation windows opened afterwards have the same problem...

In that case it probobly is SPNG. Or it is taking to much Ram.

Anyhow I suggest you try to reinstall SPNG and maybe the problem will be fixed and you can use SPNG at the same time

thanks nova, but i've tried doing that, and it still doesn't work. i guess i'll have to do without the chat-only name thingy till TB comes up with something to solve this.

it can also be the memory thingy you're talking about. i do run on a 64 mb RAM quota, so...

maybe i should mail TB, telling about this? any suggestions?
