what am i doing wrong?

I updated the dll, registered it, but my nick or my display pic won't update.

the options window works fine, as well as the commands on the chat window.

ok so basically i ran the install and such....the registry is registered and everything is good....but it really isnt ....i cant get it to enable i get the window saying that its not a real command and watever. i am trying to use this for itunes. even when i go to the plus! - Perferences - Plugins and click on config for the song2nick it just doesnt work....

HELP!!!! I did everything...restarted...reinstalled...re-registered...nothing...

matt check to see if you have these 2 files:
comdlg32.ocx
scrrun.dll

if you dont you should download the microsoft runtime files. Cause i needed the files when i coulding get the config to open.

also it seems u need windows messenger. so make sure u have that

know where i can get the 2 files? and also ya i deleted the regular msn that comes wit windows bc i never use it i only use the messenger 6.2 wit the pics and stuff.

what about the help file ? ^^ whats the enabled message and the disabled message?

Now, before you finish its development and release a final, is there any chance of incorporating foobar2000 support? All the rest of these audio players are so sluggish and slow... Now foobar, on the other hand.

Great job so far. Untill a recent update of your plugin, it worked like a dream. I downloaded and installed the most recent file and got this error:



Windows 2000 SP4.
MSN 6.2 Eng.
Messenger Plus! 3.21

I don't get it anymore. It was working fine, and now it's gone again. I can access the options, I can enable/disable, I have installed the runtimes, I have registered the dll, (regsvr32 ...) I still have the same versions of MSN Messenger and Plus (6.2 and 3.20) but my nickname and avatar aren't updated anymore.

Any suggestions?

I have the latest version of song2nick, just downloaded it from the first page. (maybe it's since this new version that i have the problem, don't know for sure)[/edit]
