Did any of you check the error log like I suggested above?
As for the "underlined part", hold the key on your keyboard with the windows logo and then press the "Pause|Break" key. It'll open system properties. that lists version and service packs.
Kero chan he means the windows button that should say start on yours like mine and then after scroll lock there's pause break u press those two and it'll pop up the system properties box.

That doesn´t happen, well, atleast on my computer, it doesn´t.
