Hello MSGPlus!

First of all. Thank you for the product. It doesn't work quite as good on my computer, but for other people around the world it does work great. So thank you!

I recently installed MSGPlus 5 on my computer with the latest WLM 2011. But my MSN crashes every 10 - 15 minutes now. When Messenger Plus! 5 is uninstalled then I don't have the crashes any more.

Windows 7 Home 64-bit
Windows Live Messenger (latest)
MsgPlus 5 standard options + Logs on computer and Myplus! enabled

I have uninstalled MsgPlus! for now because I can't work with Messenger if he crashes every 10 -15 minutes. I hope there will be a solution.

I've got exactly the same setup with no problems so I have a feeling this is caused by an incompatibility with something else on your PC. Do you have any other WLM add-ons/patces etc?
Which Anti-Virus and firewall do you use

I have the same problem here on 2 computers.

@bewaak431 Do you have the "A-Patch" installed?

@heikog1974 I don't have the A-Patch installed

@Spunky I don't have other add-ons. I use Kaspersky Internet Security 2011

Hmm...thought it could be the A-Patch...

I updatetd from msgplus Version 4.90.392 ...

Should this be a problem?

Do either of you who are experience the crashes have the online chat logging enabled? If so try disabling it.

Trying it now. It's on from 13:44. So if it crashes, it should crash within 15 minutes. I hope not

It still runs I think the problem is with the connection between MyPlus logs safes and Windows Live messenger. Maybe My Firewall doesn't want that?

That is what I am thinking is the issue. But even without the firewall there seems to be a few crashes so that could certainly well be it.
