WLM 2011 on Windows 7 32bit sometime crashes for me too, when I close a
conversation window, with
online chat logging enabled.
If it can help, I found a way to
reproduce the problem.
Log in WLM with online chat logging enabled and open a conversation window: write something and close the window. It will be not closed immediately, but you will see
only the
aero frame for few seconds:
and, if you try to do something in the window, it will become black and "
not responding" (image below).
Then, WLM
sometime crashes and, in the
Event Viewer I see this:
