i like the windows, but i don't like the top banner part, wit the buttons.. you should keep them the same as the MSN ones.

That's awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!.......-----look....i just think that u should a black background where the letters are green, otherwise people won't see it so much.....and the idea of keeping the msn things is also great....it would be a perfect combination........

No way man, you should keep the buttons that you put on first.  They looked kewl.  But you should use something else for the msn guy, the green thing is getting old.  Something that matches the mood of the skin.  That'd be awesome.

perfect! except one detail...i think that the background of the text which is white(under the buttons) is too bright and makes the text hard to read, but other than that....perfection!
