It's from Forrest Gump, played by Tom Hanks.
Why? Because Tom Hanks plays Forrest Gump, a big old nice dope, and with his accent he just talks to people while waiting on the bus, explaining to people why he is waiting on the bus, or what his momma always said

Theres a Resturant up here in Minnesota with in the Mall of America called "Bubba Gump Shrimp", they focus mainly around the Shrimp that Bubba talks about in that movie.  And they give you Movie Trivia and such while you wait for your food.
