if you mean sound commands of plugins, the sound files come with the plugin. Triple8 posted a link to a plugin. If you install it you'll have the sound files as well.

However if what you want is the files of the sounds of the sound commands of plus, you can't get them. They're inside a DLL of plus and you're not allowed to extract them.

Well all i can say is i know the website doesnt have them. You might want to try extracting them yourself you might have some luck like that .
