it makes ur contact list and/or IM windows transparent.
the feature only works on windows 2000/XP

If your contacts become transparent, how do YOU yourself see them? Or is that the idea?

Well, it's not 100% transparent, but like 50% transparent or so. You can adjust the rate in preferences window

Don't forget the Event Log window

You can set the level of transparency. It's not "no transparency" and "full tranparency"... You can choose between 0% and 100% transparent
