it is for me, this strange coz i can go on kaonet home page, but i can't go on any of the hosted sites

I have downloaded stuff plug NG and have read the readme, but in the readme it says that I should "unrar plugins.rar in your plugins folder". There isnt any file named "plugins.rar" in the .zip file, so instead I copied "StuffPlugNG.dll" to my plugins folder. I also copied "cximagecrt.rar" to my system32 directory, but still it doesnt work. Is there meant to be a "plugins.rar" in the .zip file, in order for it to work?

WILL SOMEONE GIVE ME THE DIRECT LINK TO DOWNLOAD THIS
STUFF PLUG NG ive gone out of my damn head looking for it and i cant find it..!! and the one link given wont EVEN OPEN!! HELP ME IM GOING OUTTA MY HEAD!!

Edit: I've added the plugins.rar. It just contains the folder Stuffplug-NG and the stuffplug-ng.dll which were allready in the first zip (both should be placed in C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! 3\Plugins).
