we can get our learners at 16 and apply for p's at 16 and a half

Ours is at 17.

Ummmm....... I dont know where you live, but I know alot of 14 year old kids that are friends with people that drive.  I had 16-17 year old friends when I was 14-15.

Depends on the spoiler, and I found a body kit that modifies the shape, it looks awesome on the cavalier

Either way I wouldn't buy it there, but a quick google search for body kits brought up that site...I'll use Ebay
