Yes, it was taken out in version 3.00...mainly due to the amount of confused people if I remember

Because it was just a noise of someone from an anime (that not everyone knows of) screaming something in a language the majority of users don't speak...Also it had little to do with "No Excuse"

If thats what Diablo Gamer ment than a couple of people want it back including me! Patchou probably put it in Plus! in the first place as he loves anime (judging by the Pic of him in Plus!) Type /Patchou in a convo with plus! installed and you will see the pic.
