The opacity option for the contact list and conversation windows is great
. Winamp has opacity options aswell, but it also has more (see below). You can make the window see-through, and then have it fade back into 100% opacity if you have the window in focus (by clicking on it) or if you hover your mouse over it. I think it's great for Winamp, but would be even better on Messenger, since you regularly have 2 or more conversation windows open.

So for example: you could set it up so the conversations that are out of focus would be see-though, but the conversation window that you're currently chatting in is opaque (not see-through). See below:

I think it would add a great effect to Messenger. You could do the same with the contact list of course, which I'm sure lots of people would like
