So, you need do type:
e:<enter>
dir abcdefg<enter>
del e:\path_to_file_you_want_to_delete\file_you_want_to_delete<enter>

Example for that last command, if you want to delete the file bogus.txt in the directory "the map", you need to type:
del e:\the map\bogus.txt

After all this take a screenshot and post it... Don't worry if you get an error after some commands, still make the screenshot and post it (or if you don't know how, make a post and type EXACTLY EVERYTHING you've seen on your screen.)

YAY!! GOT IT.... NOW I HAVE TO DELETE THIS FOLDER AND IT WONT LET ME!!

THIS IS WAT I HAVE TO DELETE:
C:\Documents and Settings\Skin Ticket2\Desktop\Skin Ticket
ITS A FOLDER, AND CMD.EXE WONT REGOCNIZE IT OR SOMESTUPID SHIT.

Click Start -> Run and type "cmd" (no quotes)
Then type rmdir "C:\Documents and Settings\Skin Ticket2\Desktop\Skin Ticket" (you need to put the quotes!)
Does this work?

What is "Skin Ticket"? If it is a program or something, try to uninstall, before you're going to delete it....
