If it's from 212.143.*, it's just my link checker in action! No need to worry, it doesn't actually download the file, just checks if it's still there.

I have a small issue, my contact sounds don't work.  I don't see any contacts listed in the contact sounds tab.  I've restarted, and no luck I'll post this in the problems forum as well.
