Well could someone make me a plugin than if someone signs on then the scroll light flashed. Not anyone only the people you set it to do. Could this also be done if you're appearing offline so it still notifies you if you are appearing offline. It's incase I'm on a game waiting for someone to come on a flashing scroll lock light will be helpful instead of me keep checking. I actually think it will be a very handy thing to add to the main msgplus on the contact screen where u can add specialy assigned noises. It could be a tick box or sumet instead of as a plugin.

Any info about this? Or if there isn't any can anyone make it?

I dn't want it to flash everytime i get a message just when a specific person who I tell it to signs on

It shouldn't be that hard to do...I'm not going to make the entire thing from scratch, and I doubt many people will. But what would be easier is if someone could get their hands on the source code of that program, then it could be easily modified. It can't be done with ResHack unfortunately...
