This girl has a problem with installing plus! It keeps appearing in the add/remove list but it isn't installing properly. What is the matter? She is greatful for the help.

Does Plus! hook onto MSN at all? (a Plus! menu?)
Does MsgPlus.exe appear in the Task Manager (CTRL+ALT+DEL)
Is there a Folder in the Program Files for Messenger Plus! 3?

Which version of MSN Messenger is she using?

She is using msn 7.0 i'll will ask for more details later. It seems she uses the installer and all it does is make another identity in the Add/Remove programs page.

Find out the answer to all of my questions above and then come back and we can help better

Make sure she is installing the Plus! beta for MSN 7.

Thanks Sunshine this may be the problem. I was tried last night and I forgot to ask her what plus! version she was trying to install.
