Being honest I think the whole post count thing is bullshit & should be abolished. But if I remember rightly we've been down that road before.

You must reckon the first thing you do when you don't know about a member who just posted is to look at his/her postcount. Post counting is important for a board. It can tell you if the user is well known by the other members or if it's a noob trying to annoy, for example.

It is not relevant when it goes to help out people around. And it should not be used to however try to take a race with some others spamming around freely.

Hey now.... it gives me something to look forward to besides becoming a Beta Tester, cause I know I dont have enough time to commit myself to this forum to get an Elite Member title.

Nice tag. Mabbe ppl with 4000+ posts should have it

I feel that people having 2000+ posts should be given (mostly) or (atleast) seriously considered for being beta testers. I feel after being here for such a long period of time and making so many posts they should be atleast considered for that title cause imo if u reach till there then u can be a tester. But staff should trust the person not leaking it out or something. But someone reaching so far and devoting so much time here regularly wont do that imo.

what good is a beta tester if he doesent report bugs, he could be some person who joined the fourms then forgot, then like 2 years later found a message in his inbos leading to here. he would get selected for BETA'ing my backside.

and the post's doesent count in my honest opinion, sure there there for 'trust' so newbie's can see and stuff. but a spammer getting selected again is not a good choice in my opinion.

the User Titles are funny, add more i say. and you should get a little box or something come up after like 2500+ posts or something huge like that where you can select your own custom User Title.

just another useless opinion that will get rejected though.

i dont think we should have anything passed, i like things just as they  are

I guess it would be funny for those with more then 1000 posts. But i'm already elite member, no user titles anymore .
