My first semester in university is finally over... ending up with me getting down with influenza Anyway it's winter vacation from now!
The split-message function is ready. Take a look at the following screenshot... I think everything is quite self-explanatory.
Now before I begin coding other things, I need some input from you regarding the following two questions:
1. What would you suggest for the name of this functionality? Split-message? Split-Toasts? Blahblahblah?
2. What would you suggest for the default delimiter that splits the messages? As you can see the current setting is
%%, yet I don't know if that's fine with everyone... So please tell me about what you have in mind about the delimiter. Of course, the delimiter can be changed in HCC, but I want a default that most people will be comfortable with - I don't want people rushing to HCC to change the default immediately after installing Hopper
In my screenshot the toasts popped up in the order "Messenger Plus!" "is the best Messenger add-on" "in the world", so please don't think that your contacts will read "in the world is the best Messenger add-on Messenger Plus!" (Hmm, actually this sentence looks quite neat too ) But anyway, the order of the toasts can be reversed by setting an internal registry...let's talk about it when the next version is released.
